PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAMME
The programme is intended for individuals who intend to or are dealing with the selling and promotion of products through customer interaction in a wholesale and retail environment. This programme also aims to enhance the provision of intermediate level service within any particular industry.
METHOD OF ASSESSMENT
Informal assessment will be conducted during the training to obtain a Certificate of Attendance.
