MSC Education Holdings definitely deserved their spotlight moment when, in partnership with the W&R Seta, they announced their thrilling opportunity to award 70 MSC Bachelor of Business Administration in Management (BBA) bursaries under the very credible MSC Education Holdings group.

With so many promising individuals applying for bursaries, additional funding was made available and they were able to award a further 500 bursaries, making it an attractive number of 570 BBA bursaries in total! The objective is to make this degree available to predominantly unemployed individuals who do not have access to such an opportunity. MSC Education Holdings appealed to the public on their various networks and social platforms, to share the bursary announcement in the hope that the message would reach those in need who could then apply. The response was astounding making the selection process a stringent one.

The bursaries are 100% sponsored and the successful students will be issued with an entry level netbook in order to enable them to work electronically. The MSC BBA degree is a SAQA registered qualification pegged on NQF level 7 with a value of 360 credits and is being offered via the distance mode of delivery.

The MSC BBA degree has been specifically structured to address all aspects of business over a period of three years. This will ensure that the graduates have had exposure to all the facets that relate to all businesses and can thus move up the value chain and between the different sectors of the economy. Graduates will be qualified to work in any business or start their own businesses drawing specifically on the entrepreneurship components of the qualification. The programme has a strong leadership component that encourages them to strive to become leaders who will positively influence the environments within which they will one day operate.

Traditionally, online and distance studies can be challenging; so all students will have an online tutor to provide the necessary support and guidance throughout the programme.
